- The E-Remit Transfer Twice, Save Twice Promo (“Promotion”) is organised and managed by E-Remit, PFG Forex Pty Ltd (ACN 152 941 510) having its registered address at Unit 403/189B South Centre Road Tullamarine VIC 3043 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”), to which Paymoto customers have been migrated under an official rebranding process.
- These Terms and Conditions (“Specific Terms”) shall apply in conjunction with the Promoter’s general Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”). You should therefore read these Specific Terms together with the General Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, these Specific Terms shall prevail.
- The Promotion commences on 1 April 2026 at 12:00 AM AEDT and closes on 31 October 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT unless otherwise extended, suspended, or withdrawn earlier at the sole discretion of the Promoter (“Promotion Period”).
- The Promotion is open exclusively to customers who were migrated to E-Remit from Paymoto and who have successfully completed all required identity verification (KYC) requirements (“Eligible Customers”).
- Employees, officers, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Promoter, including their immediate family members; affiliates, subsidiary entities, and authorised partners of the Promoter; and any person or entity professionally connected with the administration, auditing, marketing, or execution of the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Eligible Transactions
- During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Customer shall be entitled to avail up to two (2) transactions where the transfer fee will be fully waived upon successful application of the promo code.
- The Promotion is strictly applicable only to remittance transactions sent to the Philippines (PHP corridor).
- The promo code must be applied at the time of initiating the transaction. Transactions where the promo code is not applied at the time of initiation shall not qualify for the fee waiver.
- The promo code shall be deemed utilised only upon the successful completion of a transaction. Cancelled, failed, reversed, or incomplete transactions shall not count towards the usage limit.
- Any transaction beyond the permitted two (2) uses per Eligible Customer shall be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s standard fees and charges.

Excluded Transactions
The following transactions are excluded from the Promotion:- Cancelled, refunded, failed, or reversed transfers;
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions;
- Transactions where the promo code was not applied at the time of initiation;
- Transactions not sent through the Philippines (PHP corridor);
- Transactions exceeding the permitted usage limit of the Promotion.
- Promotion Details This Promotion entitles Eligible Customers to a waiver of transfer fees for up to two (2) qualifying transactions. The fee waiver applies strictly to the transfer fee component only. Exchange rates and any other applicable charges shall continue to apply in accordance with the Promoter’s standard pricing.
- The promo code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative benefit. The Promotion is intended solely for use by the Eligible Customer to whom it is issued.
- Usage of the Promotion is limited to one account per Eligible Customer. Any attempt to create or use multiple accounts to gain additional benefits under this Promotion shall result in disqualification.
- Any unused promo code after the expiry of the Promotion Period shall automatically lapse and will not be carried forward or redeemed thereafter.
- All transactions under this Promotion remain subject to the Promoter’s internal compliance procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to decline any transaction in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms, including entries or transactions involving fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity. Where a breach is identified after a benefit has been granted, the Promoter may reserve the benefit or take appropriate action.
- By participating in the Promotion, each participant explicitly consents to the Promoter using their name, photograph and other details for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, including but not limited to the Promoter’s website, social media platforms, and advertising materials.
- All personal information will be collected, used, and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. Information will be used solely for administering this Promotion and related marketing communications, subject to customer consent.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any technical, system, or platform issues affecting participation in the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays in transaction processing outside its control and will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from participation in the Promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of transactions and participant eligibility at any time during or after the Promotion Period.
- The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to operational requirements, regulatory changes, bank limitations, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter may also update these Terms and Conditions at any time; such updates will not affect benefits already utilised.
- Any abuse, misuse, or fraudulent use of the Promotion is strictly prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel transactions or take appropriate action against customers found engaging in such activities.
- By participating in this Promotion, customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as interpreted solely by the Promoter.

- This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
b. E-Remit Sri Lanka Cashback Campaign
- The E-Remit Sri Lanka Cashback Campaign (“Promotion”) is organised and managed by E-Remit, PFG Forex Pty Ltd (ACN 152 941 510) having its registered address at Unit 403/189B South Centre Road Tullamarine VIC 3043 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”).
- These Terms and Conditions (“Specific Terms”) shall apply in conjunction with the Promoter’s general Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”). - The Promotion commences on 1 June 2026 at 12:00 AM AEDT and closes on 31 July 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT unless otherwise extended, suspended, or withdrawn earlier at the sole discretion of the Promoter (“Promotion Period”).

The Promotion is open to customers who fall under either of the following categories:
- customers who have successfully registered with E-Remit but have not completed any transaction prior to the Promotion Period; or
- customers who have previously transacted with E-Remit but have not completed any transaction on or after 1 January 2024, (collectively referred to as “Eligible Customers”).
- Employees, officers, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Promoter, including their immediate family members; affiliates, subsidiary entities, and authorised partners of the Promoter; and any person or entity professionally connected with the administration, auditing, marketing, or execution of the Promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Eligible Transactions
- During the Promotion Period: Eligible Customers shall be entitled to receive a cashback reward of AUD Five (AUD $5) for each qualifying transaction, for up to first four (4) qualifying transactions only.
- The maximum cashback amount available per Eligible Customer under this Promotion is up to AUD Twenty (AUD $20) in total.
- Only one (1) qualifying transaction per Eligible Customer per calendar day shall be eligible for cashback under this Promotion. Any additional transactions made on the same calendar day shall not qualify for cashback.
- Only transactions sent to the Sri Lanka corridor shall qualify for this Promotion.
- The cashback reward shall apply only to successfully completed transactions initiated during the Promotion Period. Cancelled, failed, reversed, or incomplete transactions shall not qualify for cashback and shall not count towards the transaction limit.
- Any transaction beyond the permitted four (4) qualifying transactions shall not be eligible for cashback under this Promotion.

Excluded Transactions
The following transactions are excluded from the Promotion:- Cancelled, refunded, failed, or reversed transfers;
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions;
- Transactions not sent through the Sri Lanka corridor;
- Transactions exceeding the permitted cashback limit under the Promotion;
- Transactions made by customers who do not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in this Terms and Conditions.

Cashback Credit
- Eligible cashback amounts will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s E-Remit My Account.
- The Promoter reserves the right to determine the timing of cashback crediting, subject to transaction verification and internal processing requirements.
- The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash withdrawal or any alternative benefit unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.
- Any transactions initiated after the Promotion Period shall not be eligible for cashback under this Promotion, regardless of whether the Eligible Customer has remaining qualifying transactions within the permitted four (4) transaction limit.
- All transactions under this Promotion remain subject to the Promoter’s internal compliance procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to decline any transaction in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
- E-Remit reserves the right to disqualify any customer or transaction where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, abuse of the Promotion, multiple account usage, transaction structuring, breach of applicable laws, or non-compliance with E-Remit policies and procedures.
- Where any such breach is identified after a benefit has been granted, the Promoter may reverse the benefit or take any other appropriate action.
- By participating in the Promotion, each participant explicitly consents to the Promoter using their name, photograph and other details for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, including but not limited to the Promoter’s website, social media platforms, and advertising materials.
