E-REMIT BANGLADESH ZERO-FEE PROMOTION
Terms & Conditions
- The E-Remit Bangladesh ZERO-FEE Promotion 2026 (“Promotion”) is organised and managed by E-Remit, PFG Forex Pty Ltd (ACN 152 941 510) having its registered address at Unit 403/189B South Centre Road Tullamarine VIC 3043 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”).
- These Terms and Conditions (“Specific Terms”) shall apply in conjunction with the Promoter’s general Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”). You should therefore read these Specific Terms together with the General Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, these Specific Terms shall prevail.
- The Promotion commences on 5 March 2026 at 12:00 AM AEDT and closes on 31 March 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT unless otherwise extended, suspended, or withdrawn earlier at the sole discretion of the Promoter (“Promotion Period”).
- The Promotion is open to all fully verified E-Remit customers who have successfully completed all identity verification (KYC) requirements ("Eligible Customers").

Eligible Transactions
- During the Promotion Period, any Eligible Customer who sends money to Bangladesh via the Nagad mobile wallet and successfully completes the transaction shall qualify for the Promotion benefit.
- Only successfully completed transfers during the Promotion Period shall qualify as eligible transactions.
- Transactions must be genuine personal remittances. Business payments or transactions conducted for commercial purposes are not eligible.

Promotion Offer
- Eligible Customers will receive a 100% transfer fee waiver on eligible transactions completed during the Promotion Period.
- The fee waiver applies strictly to the Promoter’s service fee only.
- Standard exchange rates will apply to all transactions.
- Any charges imposed by banks, intermediaries, payment processors, or payout partners (if applicable) are not covered under this Promotion.

Excluded Transactions
The following transactions are excluded from the Promotion:- Cancelled, refunded, failed, or reversed transfers;
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions;
- Transactions not fully paid during the Promotion Period;
- Transactions identified as commercial or non-personal remittances.

Third-Party Reward Campaign (Bangladesh)
- A separate remittance reward campaign is conducted in Bangladesh by Nagad (the “Third-Party Campaign”).
- Under the Third-Party Campaign remittance recipients in Bangladesh who receive a minimum amount of BDT 10,000 through Nagad (excluding the 2.5% Government of Bangladesh incentive) may, subject to Nagad’s applicable terms and conditions, be eligible for entry into a lucky draw in which three (3) winners may each receive a gold necklace of approximately 1.5 Bhori.
- The Third-Party Campaign is administered independently of this Promotion and operates for the period commencing on 18 February 2026 and concluding on 31 March 2026, or such other period as may be determined solely by Nagad.
- The Promoter is not the organiser, sponsor, administrator, or responsible party for this Third-Party Campaign.
- The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding eligibility criteria, winner selection, prize availability, prize quality, or prize fulfilment relating to Nagad’s campaign.
- Participation in the Third-Party Campaign is strictly subject to the terms and conditions of Nagad and its partners.

Verification & Compliance
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of transactions and participant eligibility.
- Customers must comply with all the Promoter’s AML/CTF obligations, internal compliance policies, and all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Any misuse, abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent use of the Promotion may result in disqualification from the Promotion.
- By participating in the Promotion, customers agree and provide consent to the Promoter to use their details to promote and market its services, subject to the terms of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
- All personal information will be collected, used, and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. Information will be used solely for administering this Promotion and related marketing communications, subject to customer consent.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any technical, system, or platform issues affecting participation in the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays in transaction processing outside its control and will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial loss arising from participation in the Promotion.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any matters relating to the Third-Party Campaign conducted by Nagad, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, winner selection, prize fulfilment, or any disputes arising therefrom.
- The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to operational requirements, regulatory changes, bank limitations, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter may also update these Terms and Conditions at any time; such updates will not affect transactions already successfully completed during the Promotion Period.
- Any abuse, misuse, or fraudulent use of the Promotion offer is strictly prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel transactions or take appropriate action against customers found engaging in such activities.
- By participating in this Promotion, customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as interpreted solely by the Promoter.

- This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
