E-Remit – Cyclone Ditwah Sri Lanka Relief Support
Terms & Conditions
- The Cyclone Ditwah Sri Lanka Relief Support initiative (“Promotion”) is organised and managed by E-Remit, PFG Forex Pty Ltd having its registered address at Unit 403/189B South Centre Road Tullamarine VIC 3043 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”).
- The Promotion will be valid from 4 December 2025 to 15 December 2025 (23:59 AEDT), unless otherwise extended, suspended, or withdrawn earlier at the sole discretion of the Promoter (“Promotion Period”).
- This Promotion is applicable to all E-Remit customers who initiate an outward remittance to Sri Lanka during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”). No separate registration or promotional code is required to participate.
- All Eligible Transactions sent to Sri Lanka during the Promotion Period will be processed without any transfer fee (“Fee-Free Transfer”). Business, commercial, trade, or corporate transactions are strictly excluded from the Fee-Free Transfer offer and will continue to incur the applicable fees.

Additional LKR 100 Relief Contribution
- E-Remit will contribute 100 LKR (Sri Lankan Rupees) to every remittance sent to the Deputy Secretary to the Treasury Account to support Cyclone relief efforts (“Bonus Amount”).
- The Bonus Amount applies exclusively to transfers initiated in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Transactions initiated in any other currency will not be eligible for the Bonus Amount.
- The Bonus Amount applies strictly to remittances initiated by an individual customer. Business, commercial, trade, or corporate transactions are not eligible.
- The Bonus Amount is funded solely by the Promoter and will not incur any additional charge to the customer.
- The Promotion is applicable to Eligible Transactions initiated via the E-Remit website and mobile application only.
- Standard exchange rates, transfer limits, processing times, and compliance verification procedures shall continue to apply to all transactions. Transactions that are delayed or held due to compliance reviews or banking processes will remain eligible, provided the transaction was initiated within the Promotion Period.
- Transactions that are cancelled, reversed, rejected, unsuccessful, or not completed during the Promotion Period will not qualify for the Promotion. The Promotion applies exclusively to outward remittances to Sri Lanka.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time due to operational requirements, regulatory changes, bank limitations, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- All Eligible Transactions are subject to the Promoter’s AML/CTF obligations, internal compliance policies, and all applicable laws and regulatory requirements. The Promoter retains the absolute right to hold, or decline any transaction that does not meet compliance requirements.
- The Promoter shall not be responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control, including bank processing delays or partner network issues.
- All decisions made by the Promoter regarding eligibility, interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and the application of any benefit under this Promotion shall be final, binding, and not subject to review or appeal.
- By participating in this Promotion, customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as interpreted solely by the Promoter.
- These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated at any time during the Promotion Period, and such amendments shall take immediate effect upon publication on the Promoter’s official platforms.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes arising in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
