  • 5.12. Violating these obligations may result in account suspension, transaction cancellation, or reporting to regulatory authorities, including AUSTRAC and law enforcement.

  • 6.1. ERemit collects, stores, and processes Users’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
