'ERewards'-The user referral program terms and conditions

The Terms and Conditions for ERewards, the User Referral Program (hereinafter referred to as the ‘ERewards’) for "ERemit" (ABN 94 152 941 510), the money transfer product that is registered under PFG Forex Pty Limited, located at Unit 2, 189B South Centre Road, Tullamarine, Victoria 3043, Australia.

The Terms and Conditions of 'ERewards' constitute a binding legal agreement between ERemit and you (the Referrer participating in the 'ERewards'.

By using 'ERewards', you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as future Terms and Conditions and service changes. We reserve the right to change the format, elements, and Terms and Conditions of 'ERewards' at any time without notice. You acknowledge that use of the services of this Referral Program shall be deemed to be an acceptance by you of the Terms and Conditions.

Referrer: Person who refer the Referee by means of sending the ERemit link or the invite code.

Referee: Individuals who receive a referral through various means.

ER Points: Rewards that you receive for referrals and known as ER Points.

ERemit reserves the right to terminate or amend 'ERewards' without notice. ERemit also reserves the right to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions and the methods through which rewards are earned at any time.

ERemit expressly reserves the right to close the account of any user and may request proper payment if the user attempts to use 'ERewards' in a questionable manner that amounts to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation. If ERemit come across any such integrity issues from its users like fake or multiple emails addresses or accounts, use of fictitious identities or use of any system to artifice to participate in 'ERewards', those users will be restricted from using ERemit services. We also reserve the right to disqualify any user at any time from participation in 'ERewards' if they do not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions.

ERemit also expressly reserves the right to withdraw the 'ERewards' altogether.

The resolution of all enquiries or questions related to earning ER Points, redemption of ER Points, your compliance with the ERewards’s Terms and Conditions and disputes relating to the eligibility of 'ERewards', is at the sole discretion of ERemit.

Users may not participate in the 'ERewards' where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law, statute or regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorised to register as a Referrer or participate in 'ERewards' in any manner.

To be eligible as a Referrer the following condition should be met:

• Referrer must be a legal resident of Australia.

• Referrer must attain an age of 18 years

• Employees of ERemit or any of its group companies or subsidiaries or service provider including its agent network or affiliates or promotional agencies, including immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate in 'ERewards'.

By participating in 'ERewards' as the Referrer, Referrer agrees to act in accordance with the terms stipulated in the Terms and Conditions. Referrer must act in accordance to all laws and financial services regulations in Australia. Referrer agrees with ERemit to share their information with the Referee.

When a Referrer provides a link or invite code to the Referee, it should be circulated in a personal manner in accordance with any applicable law including anti – spam laws. Referrers who do not comply with the applicable law are obligated to indemnify ERemit against any liabilities, costs and expenses it incurs as a result of such activity.

• When a Referrer (registered customer) refers a Referee (unregistered user), the Referee receives Ten (10) ER Points once the Referee signs – up and ERemit approves the Referee’s account.

• The Referee must register with ERemit by clicking on the link or using the invite code provided by the Referrer.

• Any other means of registration (other than the link or the invite code shared by the Referrer) shall not be considered valid for ER Points.

• When a Referee successfully completes the first transaction the Referrer and the Referee receive Fifty (50) ER Points.

• If the transaction booked is cancelled by either the Referee or ERemit for any reasons whatsoever the Referee and the Referrer will not be eligible for any ER Points.

• The ER Points is credited only for the first successfully completed transaction. All subsequent transfers by the Referee won’t be considered as part of 'ERewards'.

• A successfully completed transaction means ERemit releasing the first transaction of the Referee to the recipient.

• The money obtained through redeeming ER Points can only be used to book a transaction.

• Ten (10) ER Points is equivalent to 1 AUD.

• ER Points cannot be redeemed as cash or be transferred or auctioned or traded or bartered or sold.

• Any unredeemed ER Points accumulated by the Referrer or the Referee are forfeited upon termination of the 'ERewards'.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participants of 'ERewards' and ERemit. These Terms and condition are a written set of rules to run 'ERewards' in a smooth manner and has a legal binding. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce or receive the benefit of any of these. In the event any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable such provision shall be deemed to have been deleted from these Terms and Conditions, while the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

All standard Terms & Conditions of ERemit shall be applicable for 'ERewards'.
