2. Verify your identity.

Enter your personal details and provide us a copy of your passport or Australian drivers license. This helps us keep your money safe.

3. Choose an amount to send.

Enter the amount you want to send or receive to get a quote. We will show you the exchange rates and our fees upfront.

4. Add recipient’s details.

Fill in the details of your recipient and the bank account.

5. Pay for your transfer.

Complete the payment to us using PayID or Internet Transfer.

6. That’s it.

We will handle the rest; your money is on the way with no delay. You can track your transfer request online or in our app.

IFSC is an abbreviation for Indian Financial System Code. This 11-character alpha-numeric code is used to uniquely identify each branch of a bank in India. IFSC can be found on the cheque-book and pass-book provided by banks to its customers.

We deposit funds to the beneficiary’s account in India through the NEFT/RTGS system. Once a payment is successfully delivered to the beneficiary’s bank, a Unique Transaction Reference [UTR] Number is generated [Example : CITBLE00008790611]. This UTR is the confirmation that the payment has been successfully effected by us. For your information, we update the UTR for each payment in our portal as soon as it is available to us.
